Thanks a lot! Really nice to hear nice words.
Sorry, could you explain more about the beak, please? Could it be done in a better way/what is done wrong? I would really appreciate some critics.

yes, you're welcome...  :D

oh, sorry, you misunderstood me - :faint: meant to say it's too good! you know, it's painted in a way that i mean to feel the material of the beak - fantastic!
i have to look in my dictionary, wait a minute please,........ yes, it's the same word as we use in german - horn... i can feel it, when i look at your painting - there is nothing you could make better - my opinion: big bravo and keep it up... :D
so sorry, i didn't tell it right...

Oh,  hahaha, so sorry I misunderstood! Facepalm Now I read it and it is obvious. So sorry!
Thank you again for good words! I must admit, this beak took me some time and stress, so I am really glad it turned out good!
Huggle!

yeppings, all is good, haha... :D

oh, i wouldn't have thought, the beak took you stress, compared to the work on all that tiniest and finest plumage... well, then i have even more respect to your work, you made it come out perfect... :D

hmmm, i think i'll leave now for a peek in your gallery...

:) thank you! I can explain: for the feathers one needs only patience, but for the beak the skills are required. If one feather is done wrongly, do another one on top of it and it looks even more natural. But the beak and the eyes are unique and have to be done well, coz they stand out. So that is why it took me a lot of stress.

ah, i see, thank you so much for the explanation, good to know...
i think in music there is a similarity, sometimes the "simple" slow songs, which sound easy to play/sing are the heaviest challenge, because you can't allow yourself one mistake - in a fast, loud song, a little mistake wouldn't possibly show...
